Several days ago I exposed the limited access from Paypal, this is notification that I received:

I then respond by sending the necessary requirements to close the case of limited access to the way I upload a photo ID, proof of address from the Population Identity Card Indonesia called on the ID card/KTP (For use photo ID cards Alerts Residents look ahead, while for address proof card using ID card looks back) with the size of is small (the size of the Identity Card is the same as the original ID Card), but in fact according to Paypal proof photo ID, proof of address is too small to read, so cases of limited access I was suspended. Here is the reply email from Paypal:

We have received the documents of Photo ID,proof of address. Thank you
for your cooperation.
But we are sorry that the document we received are too small to read. So
your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need
more information.
***To resolve your limitation effectively, please complete all the
following steps in one time.***
1.Fax or upload a copy of your photo ID (I.E National ID/Driver's
License/Passport). Please make the copy of this as large and as clear as
possible.
2.Fax or upload a copy of a current utility bill. The bill must show
your name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal account. In
place of a utility bill, we will accept a copy of a cell phone bill,
bank statement, credit card statement, tax document or any other
official documents that helps us verify your residency at the address
listed on your PayPal account.

Then I update the data that will tell in a large, in addition to the Identity Card, I also add the data to be sent are:
Billing Home Phone, Bank Account Book. How the data is still with the uploading to Paypal, with the first resolution to open the center. One day later a reply email from Paypal stating that my case of limited access has been completed and reviewed my account opened again, the following email from paypal :

limited access to the case. Hopefully my experience can be useful for those of you who are also experiencing the same problem.
